Gazpacho

Dificultad: fácil
Tiempo de preparación: 5 minutos
Raciones: para 4 personas
Ingredientes:

♥ 4 tomates
♥ 1 pimiento verde
♥ 1 cebolla pequeña
♥ 1 pepino mediano
♥ 1 diente de ajo
♥ 1 rebanada de pan del día anterior
♥ 100 ml de aceite de oliva
♥ 2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino
♥ 1/2 cucharadita de comino en polvo
♥ sal

Lavar todos los ingredientes. Quitar las semillas del pimiento y el nervio del diente de ajo. Cortar todos los ingredientes en trocitos y batir con la batidora. Agregar agua fría (aproximadamente 1 taza) hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada y seguir batiendo.
Servir muy frío.

Sugerencias: se puede servir acompañado de picatostes de pan.
El gazpacho se puede consumir como plato y como refresco.

GAZPACHO

Difficulty: easy

Servings: 4 people
Ingredients:

♥ 4 tomatoes
♥ 1 green pepper
♥ 1 small onion
♥ 1 medium cucumber
♥ 1 garlic clove
♥ 1 slice bread from the day before
♥ 100 ml olive oil
♥ 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
♥ 1/2 teaspoon cumin
♥ salt

Wash all ingredients. Remove seeds from pepper and the central nerve in the garlic. Chop all veggies and mix with a blender. Add cold water (approx. 1 cup) until smooth and liquid and mix.
Serve very cold.

Suggestions: you can serve it accompanied with croutons.
You can eat gazpacho as side dish or as soft drink.
