Coliflor con tahini

coliflor con tahini

Dificultad: fácil
Tiempo de preparación: 20 minutos
Raciones: para 4 personas
Ingredientes:

♥ 1 kg de coliflor
♥ 100 ml de tahini
♥ aceite de oliva o de girasol
♥ sal

Lavar y cortar la coliflor en ramilletes. Freir en abundante aceite a fuego medio durante 12-15 minutos o hasta que esté tierna y dorada. Sacar a un plato con papel de cocina absorbente y salar. Servir caliente o fría con el tahini.

Ingredients:

♥ 1 kg cauliflower
♥ 100 ml tahini
♥ olive or sunflower oil for frying
♥ salt

Wash and cut cauliflower into bouquets. Fry with abundant vegetable oil at medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until tender and golden. Take our to a plate with kitchen paper and add salt to it. Serve cold or hot with tahini.
