Brochetas de frutas

Dificultad: fácil
Tiempo de preparación: 10 minutos
Raciones: 8 brochetas
Ingredientes:

♥ 2 plátanos
♥ 1 papaya
♥ 3 rodajas de piña
♥ 2 peras
♥ 1 melocotón en almíbar
♥ 2 kiwis
♥ 16 guindas o cerezas
♥ 2 yogures de soja sin lácteos, natural o de frutas

Pelar y cortar todas las frutas en trozos. Ensartarlas en pinchos o palos para brochetas y servir sobre el yogur de soja. Servir frío.

♥ 1 papaya
♥ 3 pineapple slices
♥ 2 pears
♥ 1 peach in syrup
♥ 2 kiwis
♥ 16 cherries
♥ 2 soy yoghurts (no dairy products), natural or fruits yoghurt

Peel fruits and chop into pieces. Spit on chopsticks and serve on soy yoghurt. Serve cold.
